KoppelOS is operated by Remi Koppel. The current public deployment is https://remikoppel.pages.dev. The final custom domain https://koppelos.com will be connected later.

If you submit the workflow form, the site collects the details you enter: name, company, email, website, workflow/problem description, systems or tools involved, timeline and budget range.

Technical metadata related to the form submission may also be processed for security, spam prevention and troubleshooting.

The information is used to respond to inquiries, assess whether there is a fit for a workflow call, prepare audit or implementation proposals, and protect the contact endpoint from abuse.

The legal basis is pre-contractual communication and legitimate interest in operating a secure business website.

Cloudflare Pages hosts the site and serves the contact endpoint. Mailjet is used to deliver contact-form email. Cal.com is linked externally for booking and has its own privacy policy.

Google Workspace may be used later for business email and calendar after the final domain setup is complete.

Inquiry data is kept only as long as needed for communication, qualification, proposals, legal/accounting needs, security review or abuse prevention.

You can request access, correction, deletion or objection to processing of your personal data. You may also complain to your local data protection supervisory authority.

This site currently does not intentionally use analytics, tracking pixels or non-essential cookies.

No cookie banner is included because no non-essential cookies are intentionally set. If analytics, pixels, embedded booking widgets or tracking tools are added later, cookie and consent requirements must be reassessed.
