Pricing chaos
Quotes live in spreadsheets, formulas break, and prices are inconsistent.
Get custom integrations, faster reporting, cleaner CRM/ERP data, fewer document bottlenecks, and less manual copy-paste across the workflows your business depends on.
Where operations break
The symptoms differ, but the underlying pattern is familiar: important work gets stuck between disconnected tools, manual checks and repeated handoffs.
Quotes live in spreadsheets, formulas break, and prices are inconsistent.
Staff copy data between CRM, ERP, PDFs, emails and internal tools.
Managers wait for manual exports, CSVs and ad-hoc reports.
CRM, ERP, accounting, CAD and cloud tools do not talk to each other.
Orders, PDFs, invoices and vendor documents need manual checking.
Critical knowledge lives in people’s heads, old files, email threads and undocumented workarounds.

How we work
Every project starts by understanding the workflow before touching the technology. The goal is not to automate everything — it is to fix the bottleneck that creates the most operational drag.
Understand the workflow, systems, people and data.
Estimate time lost, error risk and business value.
Choose the automation with the best ROI and lowest complexity.
Build a small working version fast.
Deploy, secure, document and improve the system.
This is not guesswork
The cost of operational drag is rarely visible in one task. It appears when the same checks, exports, updates and follow-ups repeat every week across the business.
10 hrs/week
One recurring manual process can quietly consume a full working day every week once exports, checks, corrections and follow-ups are included.
58%
Coordination, status chasing and manual follow-up often take more time than the actual work clients care about.
3–5 systems
A single quote, order or report often moves through multiple systems, documents, inboxes and shared folders before the work is done.
1 error
Wrong pricing, outdated data or a missed document check can create rework, delays and uncomfortable customer conversations.
Recommended next step
A paid diagnostic for companies with a real workflow problem that needs more than a quick call. The audit maps the process, identifies bottlenecks and turns the problem into a clear technical implementation plan.
Usually recommended after the free fit call.

Best fit
A good fit is any business where important work depends on repeated workflows, manual coordination, documents, approvals, schedules, quotes, reporting or data moving between tools. The list is guidance, not a limit.
About
KoppelOS is run by Remi Koppel, a technical consultant focused on operational automation, internal tools, integrations and cloud-based business systems. My path started with an IT technician diploma at 18, continued through a bachelor’s degree in Automation & Control Systems Engineering, and a master’s degree in ICT Systems Engineering. That background shaped how I work: understand the real process first, then build a reliable system around it.
I work best with companies where the business is real, the workflows are messy, and the team needs a practical technical partner rather than a full internal software department.

Describe the workflow, systems and bottleneck. I’ll review the context and suggest the best next step: a quick fit call, a paid audit, or a focused implementation.
A short call to understand the workflow, the systems involved, the business impact and whether a paid audit is the right next step.
